Add water and stir until a dough forms. Let sit 5 minutes to hydrate.

Place dough between parchment sheets. Roll to 3mm thickness.

Remove top paper. Score dough into cracker shapes.

Transfer to baking sheet. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
