Rakhi Special - Coconut Ladoo with Gulkand-Dryfruits Stuffing

Assemble the ingredients. Soak saffron in warm milk. Saute dryfruits in ghee and fine chop it.

In a pan heat ghee and saute coconut for a minute. Add condensed milk and saute.

Add saffron milk, mix it well and saute till it leaves the pan.

Add gulkand and 2 tbsp coconut mixture for binding to the chopped dryfruits.

Mix it well and make small balls from stuffing. Also make balls from coconut mixture for outer layer.

Press coconut ball and flatten. Place the stuffing ball in it.

Roll it and cover it evenly and make a ball and roll in dry coconut.

Similarly prepare all the ladoos and coat with desiccated coconut. And enjoy healthy sweet during this Rakhi
