Ingredients

Prep time -5 mins, Assemble -10 mins

3-4 servings

1medium size cucumber
2 slicesbread and you can choose any type
1 sprigcoriander leaves
1 sprigmint leaves
2 Tbspcream cheese
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
Garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves smeared in cream cheese

Prep time -5 mins, Assemble -10 mins

Take bread slices and cut the crust off

In a bowl add cream cheese and chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves, black pepper powder and mix well

Smear with a fork on the bread slice on one side well

Add the thinly sliced cucumber on it and close with other bread slice and press

Cut into diagonal shape twice

Smear cream cheese one one side of the sandwiches and smear with some more herbs - plate and enjoy 😊
