Quick and simple Nutri Keema Masala made from Mini Soya Chunks Crumbled,added some additional veggies like tomatoes,bell peppers and green peas to enhance the flavour light spices and tastes awesome ❣️
Being Vegetarian we use to consume forms of Soya on regular as -our routine Meals 😋
Steps

Take a bowl of Mini Soya Chunks,add in the hot boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes can add pinch of salt and then drain and crumble them

Take a pressure cooker add Oil,Cumin seeds and Asafoetida and saute Tomatoes,Green peppers,peas for a minute and lastly add the crumble Soya and mix everything nicely

Add the Spices and 1/4 cup of water and cover the lid and give 1-2 whistles and the Keema is ready

Serve them hot in your Regular Meals with Roti Or Paratha,Salad,Sweet and Buttermilk and do enjoy them 👍😋
