Keep grated coconut, jaggery powder and ghee ready to make coconut laddu.

Fry the cashewnuts with ghee and powder the cardamom. keep aside.

Keep a kadai on medium heat and add grated coconut fry for five minutes.

Then add jaggery powder,mix well. Let it mix with coconut completely.

Add cardamom powder and ghee. Mix for five minutes. Then add fried cashewnuts.

Give a nice mix. Coconut jaggery laddu mix is ready. Transfer to a bowl. Let it cool.

Take a handful of coconut mix. Make a uniform round size laddu. Press one cashew nuts in each laddu.

Enjoy the healthy and tasty coconut jaggery laddu.
