  • Cupsugar
  • Cupoil
  • 2 packetbaking powder
  • Limon zest or vanilla
  • Flour (as needed until the dough is soft but manageable
  • Chocolate ganache
  • Sésame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture doublesin volume.

    Gradually and the oil as you would for mayonnaise, then incorporate the vinegar and the chosen flavoring.

    Add the flour and baking powder incorporate the flour and baking powder until you obtain a sticky but homogeneous dough.

    Lightly oil your hands, form rolls (harbouche) whith the dough, sprinkles With sesame seeds and a small opening in the middle for the filling.

    Let rest for 30 minutes bake in a preheated oven at 180 until the surface becomes golden with a pinkish hue let cool slightly after baking.

    Melt the white chocolate with the liquid cream

  8. 8

    Add the chosen flavoring (for example Limon or strawberry for this mixture into the center of the cake.

  9. 9

    Serve the delicious and fragrant cake perfect to enjoy with your daily coffee.
