Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  • 1 cupaval
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1 tbspcashew

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan.

    Once hot add the cashew and fry it.

    Now add the avaal to the pan and dry roast it.

    Once roasted add the milk to the pan.

    Add the sugar and mix well and let it simmer till the mixture thickens.

    Remove from the stove, cool and serve.
