Take curd in a big bowl. Add sugar, ginger green chilli paste, sesame seeds, salt, oil,mix well.

Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, grated potato. Mix all ingredients well. Add grated bottle gourd.

Add chopped green coriander leaves. Next add both flour.

Combine well. Kned little soft dough. Noi need to add water. Make ball size dough. Sprinkle Farali flour on rolling board. Gently roll.

Heat tawa, place thepla on it pour oil or ghee. Roast both sides.

Farali thepala is ready to serve, you can enjoy with masala curd.
