“Keep all ingredients aside. Take a medium-sized bowl, add barnyard rice, pour in some water, and wash it thoroughly. Drain the water.”

“Heat a pan and add ghee. Once it melts, add cumin seeds and green chilies. Sauté briefly, then add the chopped potatoes and cook until golden brown. Pour in water, add crushed peanuts and salt, and bring it to a boil.

“Once the water comes to a boil, add the washed barnyard rice and mix well. Cover and steam for 2 minutes. Your barnyard rice.

“For the curry, heat another pan and add ghee. Once it melts, add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add the chopped potatoes and sauté for 30 seconds.

In mixer jar add crushed peanuts,curd,coconut cumins,and green chilies and grind in to smooth paste,

“Add this paste to the pan and boil for 1 minute. Add salt and mix well. Your peanut curry is ready. Serve hot by arranging the barnyard rice and peanut curry together top up with ghee on a plate.”Enjoy
