  • 150 gLotus root
  • 50 gPork (sliced or chunks)
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 600 mlWater

    Wash and peel the lotus root, then slice it into rounds.

    Add lotus root, pork, salt, and water to a pot.

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 45 minutes until lotus root is tender.

Feel free to adjust the salt to your taste or add other seasonings for extra flavor.
