Rabri/ Rabdi is a traditional Indian sweet recipe which made with full fat milk, sugar and flavours of cardamom powder, then slow cooked milk until thickened and rabri consistency.But my rabri recipe is instant method which made using from, full fat milk, milk powder, rusk, sugar, cardamom powder.

Steps

Combine rusk, milk powder, sugar, cardamom and some milk grind in the blender and keep aside.

Once the milk comes to boil and cook for 5 min, then add rusk milk powder mixture, reduce the heat low and stir continuously.

Cook another 7 to 8 minutes, stir at regular to avoid scorching.

Once the rabri has thicked to right consistency remove the pan from heat. Transfer the rabri is beautiful Bowl and garnish with some saffron stands and few flower...hot or cold enjoy in your choice 😊❤️
