Farali peanut barfi - vrat special

First, roast the peanutsin two batches until they crackle. Once they cool, remove the husks and clean them.

Now crush the peanuts in a mixer and make a fine powder. Take sugar in a pan and add one cup of milk to it and make sugar syrup. Meanwhile Grease the mold with ghee.

When the syrup becomes one and a half strings, add 2 teaspoon of ghee to it. Then, lower the heat and add the peanuts powder to it, mix it well quickly and pour it into a greased mould.Place silver foil on top (optional).

Now cut it into square when mild warm. Vrat and fasting special farali peanuts barfi is ready.
