In a pan, heat 3 cups water and ½ teaspoon salt. Bring the water to a boil. Add the macaroni and stir well. Begin to cook macaroni pasta on medium heat till it cooked. After that drain all the water and keep cooked macaroni aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic. Sauté for some seconds on a low heat till the garlic is light brown. Then add chopped veggies and saute well. Cover the pan with lid and cook for a while.

Season with salt as per taste, spice powder and mix very well. Pour tomato puree, pasta sauce and mix again.

Now add cooked macaroni to it. Lastly add mixed dry herbs, grated cheese, a few pinches of red chilli flakes and mix again.

Serve Macaroni Pasta hot or warm. You can top with some grated cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese.
