Cut the conger fillet into cubes. Slice the abalone in half, then into thin slices. Peel and devein the shrimp.

Place all the seafood and fish in a bowl. Squeeze the juice from the limes and add it to the bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
