Prep time: 20 min. Marinate: 2 hours

  1. 10 ozgolden conger fillet (about 280 grams)
  2. 2cooked abalone
  3. 12Ecuadorian shrimp
  4. 8key limes
  5. 6regular limes
  6. 1 tablespoonchopped cilantro
  7. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  8. 1/2red bell pepper, diced
  9. 1/2red onion, diced
  10. 1mango, diced

Steps

Prep time: 20 min. Marinate: 2 hours
  1. 1

    Cut the conger fillet into cubes. Slice the abalone in half, then into thin slices. Peel and devein the shrimp.

    Place all the seafood and fish in a bowl. Squeeze the juice from the limes and add it to the bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

    Serve in individual bowls with chips. Plantain chips are ideal for serving.
