Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the ground pork, a little coarse salt, and the finely chopped onion. Stir everything together and sauté well.

In another saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the tomatoes and chiles, and cook until the chiles are soft. Peel the tomatoes and blend them with the onion, chiles, and garlic until smooth.

Add the Maggi seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, dry mustard, spice bundle, blended mixture, potatoes, carrots, and green peas to the sautéed pork. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Remove the spice bundle before serving.
