Beat the eggs with the salt in a stand mixer.

Add the sugar and mix until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Slowly pour in the oil while continuing to beat.

Add the Greek yogurt and mix.

Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, and fold them in.

Add the milk and mix.

Gently fold in the crushed amaretti cookies and dark chocolate pieces with a spatula.

Add the baking powder and mix until combined.

Pour the batter into a silicone bundt pan.

Bake in a conventional oven at 350°F (180°C) for 35 minutes.

Check for doneness with a toothpick before removing from the oven, let cool, then remove from the pan.
