Heat ghee/oil in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds, green chilli, curry leaves, onion, and Saute until softened.

Add chopped tomato, chopped palak, beetroot chopped and turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well.

Add quinoa, moong dal, water, Mix well.

Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles or until quinoa and dal are cooked.
