Steps

Wash the Wild Arugula thoroughly and dry.

Wash tomatoes and asparagus clean and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Wash the garlic and slice it.

Wash shrimp thoroughly, sprinkle salt, and marinate them in cooking wine.

Put 1 Tbsp salt and 1 Tbsp olive oil in water and boil 170g of pasta noodles for 6 minutes and support them in a sieve.

Put 5 tbsp olive oil in a pan and grill garlic, shrimp, pepperoncino, and asparagus over medium heat. (Tip. Season with sliced garlic and bake for a long time to cook first.)

Put minced garlic on low heat and stir-fry evenly, then add olives, tomatoes, and pasta noodles and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Add Wild Arugula to complete.
