Steps

In a chopper, take sprouted Moong
Coarsely grind them
Transfer in a mixing bowl
In the same chopper, take a small Ginger Knob
1 Garlic Clove
Green Chillies (as per taste)
Coarsely grind the mixture and transfer in the bowl of sprouts
Add freshly chopped Coriander Leaves
Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Add a pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing) 2 tbsp grated paneer and
Add 1 tbsp Oil
Add Salt as per taste and mix it
Add 1 cup Wheat Flour (Gehu ka atta)
Add Water gradually and knead a soft do - 2
Roll out few balls from the dough prepared
Take a dough ball, roll it into dry flour
Flatten it nice with the help of rolling pin - 3
Heat the pan & place Paratha on it
Flip and drizzle some Oil
Cook both the sides until golden-brown
(Make more parathas with the same procedure) - 4
Ready to serve Healthy yummy and boost of protein..

Tips
1. *Sprout moong beans properly*: Make sure to sprout the moong beans correctly to bring out their nutritional benefits.
2. *Use fresh paneer : Fresh paneer will give the paratha a creamy texture and better flavor.
3.Use whole wheat flour*: Whole wheat flour will add more nutrition and fiber to the paratha.
4 . Cook on medium heat;- Cook the medium heat to ensure it's cooked evenly and doesn't burn .. Enjoy making and eating this nutritious Moong sprout paneer paratha.
