First of all keep kadai on medium flame. Then add 1 tablespoon oil now add chopped onion tomato ginger garlic and cashews and sourte it for 5 minutes.. after 5 minutes switch off the flame and make it cool after cooling make a fine paste of mixture

Now again keep kadai on Madium flame and add oil in it. When oil is heated fry boiled eggs in it when eggs changing its colour remove it from oil.

Now add grinding mixture in oil and add other ingredients like salt dhaniya jeera powder and Kanda lesson masala and mix it well. Add water and see the consistency of your curry then add your fried eggs in it. Now you are curry is ready serve this curry with chapati roti or rice
