Take all ingrediant.Cut all vegetables, potato and onion like below.

Take pan add in it ghee or oil or butter in it. When heated add cut chilli in it saute it 15/20 second and then add slice onion in it saute till colour chages.Then add ginger garlic paste and sauce till raw small goes out.Now add red chilli powder, garam masala, termaric powder stir it.

Now add cut vegetable, potato and stir it cook them for 5 minutes and then add washed basmati rice, coriander leaves stir it for 5 min.Then add 2 cup of boiled water in it,stir well after 5 min add lemon juice and keeping lid on it cook rice for 8/10.(always add water double the rice)

Kerala style pulav is ready to served.

Garnish with coriander leaves and served it.
