Steps

Lightly roast almonds, cashews, and pistachios until golden. Let cool.

Grind each nut separately to a coarse powder.

Grind edible gum to a fine powder.

Blitz sugar to a fine powder if not already powdered.

In a large bowl, combine ground nuts, desiccated coconut, milk powder, ground gum, cardamom powder, and sugar.

Add melted ghee and mix thoroughly until the mixture binds together.

Shape into small balls (ladoo) and enjoy.

Tips
Roast nuts lightly until golden to enhance their flavor.
