  1. 50 gMung sprouts
  2. 50 gChana sprouts
  3. 100 gPaneer (grated)
  4. 50 gGreen peas (parboiled)
  5. 150 gBoiled potatoes (mashed)
  6. 30 gSpinach (chopped)
  7. 2 tbspCoriander leaves (chopped)
  8. 1 tspGreen chili-ginger paste
  9. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  10. 1/2 tspCumin (jeera) powder
  11. 1/2 tspChaat masala
  12. 1/2 tspSalt
  13. 50 gBread crumbs
  14. 1/4 cupOil (for shallow frying)

    Assemble the ingredients Coarsely grind mung and chana sprouts.

    In a bowl, mix ground sprouts, grated paneer, parboiled peas, mashed potatoes, spinach, coriander, and chili-ginger paste.

    Add black pepper, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.

    Shape the mixture into kababs.

    Roll each kabab in bread crumbs to coat evenly.

    For shallow frying: Heat oil in a pan and fry kababs until golden on both sides.

    Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.

Tips

Grilling, baking, or using an air fryer can make these kababs healthier.
