Method: Wash and peeled, apple, carrot, then grate it and keep aside. Now wash and peeled onion then chopped it and keep aside. Then wash capsicum, green chilli,tomato and chopped it and keep aside.

Take in a big bowl, add moong Sprouts, all chopped ingredients, onion, tomato, carrot, apple, green chilli, capsicum and mix well. Then add red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, pepper powder, salt, black salt and mix it very well

Now add lemon juice and mix well

Your moong sprout salad is ready to serve.

Note : You can also add Pomegranate, paneer cubes cucumber,chaat masala powder... Always eat freshely...
