Today I have made tasty tondli sabji , made with peanut masala. It's very easy to make. It's best goes with roti and paratha for lunch and dinner.
Steps

First wash the tondli nicely and cut into 4 pieces lenth wise. Take a plate add roasted peanut powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, goda masala powder, mix it properly, masala is ready, keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds, let them splutter then add chopped green chilies, curry leaves and saute some times. Now add sliced onion and fry them on low heat then add tondli pieces, turmeric powder, salt, mix it properly, cover and cook on low heat for some times.

Once tondli, cooked properly then add prepared masala and mix it and cook for few minutes.

Lastly add chopped coriander leaves, mix it. Sabji is ready.

Tondli Peanut Masala Sabji is ready to serve with paratha
