No Sugar Motichoor Laddoo in Air fryer

First, wash and soak the chana dal for 4 hours. Drain and crush to a coarse paste without adding water

Keep the paste coarse and as dry as possible. Preheat Air fryer @180°C for 10 minutes. Grease a vessel with ghee. Transfer the chanadal paste into it.

Keep this vessel in preheated Air fryer and air-fry #180°C for 10 minutes or until top surface of the dal paste gets dry. Soak saffron in hot milk. Lightly roast the melon seeds

Keep all ingredients ready while the chanadal paste is getting air fryed. Dissolve stevia sachets into the saffron milk.

Take out the Air fryer basket.Flip over the half cooked chanadal paste. Again air-fry the other side also for 10 minutes @180°C,until well cooked. It should be almost dry.

Cool the cooked paste on a wire rack. Break it into pieces(as done for Churma laddoo)

Now crush the pieces into a coarse motichoor consistency powder.

Take this powder into the vessel again. Add in roasted melon seeds.

Also mix in the Stevia sweetened saffron milk. Mix well all over and get a wet crumbly texture.Add little more milk if required.

Air-fry again @180°C for 7-8 minutes until aromatic. Mix once and again cook for 3 minutes. The milk will turn into mava and the dal particles will appear more grainy. Now add in chopped badam pista and elaichi powder.

Add in ghee in batches and mix well. The mixture should be moist. Air-fry again for 4-5 minutes. Stir in between to avoid burning.

Now the aromatic NO SUGAR MOTICHOOR LADDOO IN AIR FRYER crumble is ready. Shape it into Laddoo when the mixture is still hot.

Ready all the Laddoos and garnish with silver varakh,saffron and badam pista.
