'Kachcha Kela Masala Fry' is a simple yet delicious side dish. Crispy raw banana slices are tossed with spices and curry leaves to make this flavorful fry. Served with dal and rice, it turns into the perfect comfort food dinner.

Peel & cut kachcha kela into medium slices. Soak in salted water for 10 mins, then drain.

In a plat, mix haldi, chilli,black pepper, jeera powder, dhania(coriander) powder, garam masala, salt & hing. Add rice flour, besan & rava – make dry masala mix.

Coat plantain/raw banana/kachcha kela slices on both sides with this masala.

Heat tawa, drizzle oil, and place the coated slices. Cook on medium flame till golden. Flip & cook the other side.

Remove to plate, garnish with fried curry leaves & serve hot.
