Take atta in a parat add salk and make a dough and rest for 10 min

Make roti on rolling board and roast from both sides

Cut the tondali,remove the sides and wash it water and strain

Now put the pan on gas add some peanut and chana dal and roast it, let it cool and grind it in the mixer grinder

Put the kadai on gas add some oil, add curry leaves,mustard seeds, let its cracle jeera and asafoetida add urdal dal and roast it, now add crushed garlic and then onion satue it in the oil now add chopped tomato no add the Turmeric powder,red chilli powder chtani, Now add tondali and toss it add salt put the lead on kadaie and cook this for 3 to 4 min add 1/4 cup water and cook the tondali.

Now add the above grinded mixture of peanut and dal and mix it well cook the sabji for 2 min and serve it with roti

Tips
1)Cut the tondali and then wash .
