Wash and chop veggies.

Add 1 and1/2 cup water to it. Pressure cook it giving 2 whistles. Allow it to cool down.strain veggies, and keep water aside.

In the mixer jar add all veggies. Add red chilli powder, pink salt, and crushed black pepper. Add fresh malai and blend to a thick paste.

Transfer this paste to a big vessel. Add vegetable water which we kept aside. Mix well and give a nice boil. Add coriander and fresh cream and serve.

Consistency of soup you can adjust according to your taste.
Tips
After blending veggies, you can strain if you want. I kept it as it is for a good amount of fibre.
