Firstly boil the water, add salt and soya chunk, let it boil for 2-3 minutes. After that transfer the chunks into cold water, leave it for another 2 minutes then squeeze out the water and roast the soya in a 3 tbsp oil till little crunch. Keep aside

Take oil in a pan add Cumin seeds, asafoetida, red chilli chilli garlic ginger bay leaf cinnamon stick, cloves and diced onions. Roast till onion soften. Remove from the pan, let it cool down then make a paste using 1/2 cup of water.

Again, take oil in a pan add cumin seeds, add onion gravy along with salt and powder spices and let it boil. Later add tomato gravy, coriander leaves and kasuri methi.mix well.

Lastly, add soya chunks and mix with the gravy, cover the pan let it boil for a minute, then switch off the flame when required gravy is done.

Transfer the soya chunk gravy in a serving bowl. Sprinkle coriander and serve hot. And.B. can be eaten with rice, roti paratha or all alone. Enjoy..
