Homemade granola bars are the perfect healthy snacks.Made with oats, pumpkin seeds,chia seeds, muskmelon seeds,almond, walnut, cashew nuts, honey and dried plums.These bars are tasty and nutritious.

Dry roast oats and seeds on low heat.Grind cashew nuts, almonds and walnuts in a chopper.Keep it aside.

In the same karahi,roast walnut, cashew nuts and almond mixture.Let it cool.

Grind prunes in a grinding jar.Transfer it in a mixing bowl.Add honey and mix.Add oats powder mixture and nuts mixture.Mix it well.

Put this mixture on a batter paper.Cover it with another butter paper and roll it out like a thick chapati.

Melt chocolate in a double boiler.Pour it on the prepared granola sheet and spread it evenly.Put it in the fridge for 5 min.Then cut it into bars.Yoyr healthy and tasty granola bars are ready to eat.
