Steps

Wash,peel and cut sweet potato into sounds and steam it

Dry roast ground nuts and roughly pound i6.

Take ghee in a kadhai add cumin seeds and chillies allow to crackle add steamed sweet potato, salt
- 4
Add ground nuts, mix well and fry for 3 mints
Tips
Perfect for Navratri and sweet potato is good source of carbohydrates along with vit A and fiber.
