Chop the dark compound chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl.

Heat the fresh cream in a saucepan until just before boiling. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Add the crumbled cake in this mixture to form a dough. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours until firm.

Add chocochips in that and make a ball like shape.

Roll each truffle ball in chocochips to coat the surface.

Chocolate chocochips Balls are ready.
Tips
For an extra touch, you can chill the truffles again after coating them in chocochips.
