Crunchy Poha Samosa

First heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, asafoetida, curry leaves, chillies and onion and fry them. Then add soaked poha, salt and sugar, mix it and cover it and cook.

Take wheat flour in a bowl and add rice flour, hot oil, carrom seeds, salt and water to it and knead the dough.

Now take a small ball and roll it into a puri-like shape. Cut it in the middle and give it a triangular shape. And fill it with the ready poha filling.

Now fry the prepared samosas in oil and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
