Peel and slice the onion thinly.

In a bowl, mix besan, curd, red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin seeds, hot chilli powder, and rock salt.

Add water little by little to make a thick batter.

Add onion slices and combine well.

Heat oil in a wok. Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil.

Fry on high to medium flame until golden and crispy.

Transfer to a plate, sprinkle chaat masala, and serve with chutney or sauce & enjoy 😋😋
Tips
For extra crispiness, ensure the oil is hot enough before frying.
