High Protein, Macro Friendly, Vegan Double Chocolate Muffin

This quick and easy protein muffin is great for meal prep and to help curve your sweet tooth when on a shred. Not only is it high in protein, its low in calorie meaning you can have two to help you hit your daily protein goals.
The Macros I get for the ingredients I use are:
Calories: 107
Protein: 12.4g
Carbs: 7.5g
Fat: 3.5g
I also like to take my double chocolate protein powder and mix with zero calorie maple or butterscotch syrup (from my vegan) to create a type of icing and smear on top of the muffin. Also works amazingly well with normal maple syrup, protein powder and peanut butter for a full calorie version!

- 3
Mix together the wet ingredients
- 4
Put the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well
- 5
Devide into the 12 cup muffin tin. For that extra chocolate hit, add some chocolate Chips to the top of the Muffins
- 6
Bake for 25 minutes and cool on a wire rack. Store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
- 7
To serve up, I reheat mine in the air fryer for about 5-6 minutes at 160 degrees celsius. I also like to take my double chocolate protein powder and mix with zero calorie maple or butterscotch syrup (from my vegan) to create a type of icing and smear on top of the muffin. Also works amazingly well with normal maple syrup, protein powder and peanut butter for a full calorie version!
Tips
You could increase the depth by adding a shot of coffee - just ensure you adjust the wet vs dry rati.
