For palak pakoda Rinse and pat dry palak leaves.keep aside

Take one big bowl add chickpea flour,salt mix make running batter by adding water

Heat oil in pan. Take one palak leaf dip in chickpea batterand fry in oil at medium heat till light brown in colour at both sides.remove from oil keep aside.

Same way make pakoda from all leaves.

For chilli pakoda Wash and pat dry green chillies.make slit to all chillies.keep aside.

Take one bowl add chickpea flour, salt,baking soda mix make batter by adding water.

Heat oil in pan take one chilli dip in batter it should cover whole chilli fry in oil at medium heat till light brown in colour.

Remove from oil keep aside same way make all chilli pakoda.

For potato pakoda Peel wash potato and make slices.put in water add little salt keep aside for 10 mnts.

Take big bowl add chickpea flour salt and baking soda mix make batter by adding water.

Remove all potato slices from water and pat dry then.

Heat oil in pan. Take one slice of potato dip in chickpea batter and fry itin oil light brown in colour at medium heat.

Remove from oil keep aside same way make all potato pakoda.

Methi pakoda Clean wash and chop methi.

In one bowl add methi leaves, chickpea flour, chopped green chillies, coriander pd, Garam masala pd,salt,sugar and tamarind juice mix and make thick batter by adding little water.

Heat oil in pan and put small portion of batter and fry light brown in colour at medium heat.

Remove from fire and keep aside.

Take big plate arrange all pakodas and serve hot with any chutney or ketchup.
