Today I have made tasty delicious Malai Paneer Peda. It's very easy to make. I make this Peda all festivals and it's love my family very much.
Steps

Boil the milk, add vinegar and water mixture to curdle the milk. Then strain it and rinse the paneer with water 4-5 times. Then strain and squeeze and keep a heavy object over it. Paneer is ready. Now roughly mash the paneer.

Heat milk in a kadai, add milk powder and boil some times.

Now, add milkmaid and paneer, mix it properly and cook for 6-7 minutes.

Milk mixture becomes slightly thicker then add ghee, mix it well and cook on low heat. Stir continuously and cook till it becomes dry, turn off the flame, add rose essence, mix it well. Keep aside to cool down. Peda mixture is ready.

Take a small portion of the peda mixture and makes round shape then press it, and makes peda shape and place it in the small pepper bowl. Now garnish with saffron water and saffron stands. Malai Paneer Peda is ready.

Tips
1- No sugar is added, condensed milk is itself sweet.
2 - Cooking should be on low flame.
