Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1 cupsugar powder
  • 1,3/4 cup ghee
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • For garnishing chopped pistschio

    As per measurement mix all the ingredients without lumps.

    On medium flame mix well.

    Make it slow flame.continous stir to avoid lumps.after 20 minutescolour changes.add cardamom powder.

    Pour in a greased mould.sprinkle chopped pistachio.after few minutes make pieces.
