Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, beans, broccoli, cauliflower)
  2. 1 tbspolive oil or coconut oil
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  6. 1/2 tspred chili powder (optional)
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tbsplemon juice
  9. Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

    1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
