Here's a recipe idea for a hearty dinner (definitely not light!).

Butter the ramekins and preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Add 1 tablespoon of sour cream to the bottom of each ramekin. Slice the ham into strips, crumble the blue cheese, and divide both evenly among the ramekins.

Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and the shredded Swiss cheese to each ramekin. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the bread slices and toast them under the broiler or in an air fryer for 5 minutes.

Crack the eggs into the ramekins and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.

Serve with the toasted bread for dipping.
