FINELY chop jalapeño, red onion and cilantro. Juice lemon or lime. Scoop and cut avocados. Place all ingredients listed in a mixing bowl.

Season with salt. Since our avocados are ripe and soft, we simply mix everything in a bowl; We like our guacamole a bit chunky. Alternatively, you can also use potato masher or mocajete for a smoother guacamole. Taste and adjust accordingly.

We use guacamole in tacos, burritos, nachos and as dip for chips, crisps as well as condiment on other snacks and bites.
Tips
1. Finely chop all ingredients so you won't get any chunky bites in your soft avocados.
