Sago with Mango and Coconut Milk

Boil sago in water for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until translucent. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Combine mango pulp, nuts,coconut milk, cooked sago, remaining mango cubes, pomegranate seeds and condensed milk in a bowl.

Mix well and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Just

If you want more sweet just add honey or condensed milk.

Top with pomegranate seeds before serving.
Tips
For added flavor, you can toast the sago lightly before boiling.
