Ingredients

20 minutes
6 pancakes
  • 40 gFinely grated carrot
  • 60 gSelf-raising flour
  • 1/2 tspCinnamon
  • 1Egg
  • 50 mlMilk
  • 30 gMashed banana
  • 1 tspOlive oil or butter (for cooking)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix flour and cinnamon in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Whisk egg, milk, and banana. Stir in grated carrot.

  3. 3

    Combine wet and dry mixtures.

  4. 4

    Heat oil or butter in a pan. Cook pancakes 2–3 min per side.

Tips

Pair with Greek yoghurt or cream cheese for added protein.
