Banana, Oat & Seeds Pancakes
What can I say, they are ugly but my toddler approved. Small batch recipe in case yours doesn’t like them to avoid waste.
Steps
- 1
Mash the banana in a bowl. Whisk in the egg and full-fat milk.
- 2
Stir in rolled oats, ground flaxseed, and cinnamon until combined.
- 3
Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over low heat. Spoon batter to form small pancakes.
- 4
Cook each side for 2–3 minutes until golden and set.
Tips
You can use any type of oats and milk. Cooking on low heat helps prevent burning and keeps the pancakes tender.
