Steps

Wash bathua and boiled it. Grind boiled bathua in mixie jar. Make a smooth paste. Heat oil in tawa add ghee hing red chili powder salt.

Cook bathua for 5 minutes.Take a parat.Add multigrain flour, bathua paste, salt,red chili powder. mix all ingredients properly.Add water and knead a soft dough.

Make small balls from dough. Roll round shape like puri. Heat tawa, keep roti on tawa. Flap it.

Cook roti both sideom medium flame. Apply ghee on roti. Make all roti same process.

Ready multigrain Bathua roti.Serve hot roti with matar Aloo vegetable.
Tips
U can add also boild potato.u can make stuffed bathua roti.
