Soak the lentils for 4-5 hours and then let them dry.

Now fry it in about a teaspoon of ghee until it turns brown in color and after it cools down, grind it into a fine powder.

Now heat the ghee again and fry the powdered mixture on low speed. When it is 1/2 cooked, add the flour and fry until it turns brown.

Now, when it starts to boil, add cardamom, milk, and cream to it. If it starts to get dry in between, keep adding ghee.

Now add milk to it and when it gets absorbed, add saffron milk and when it gets absorbed, add sugar.

Now add raisins and dry fruits to it and mix.
