  • 1 can (400 g)chickpeas
  • 2 tbsolive oil
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspsmoked paprika
  • 1/2 tspcoriander
  • 1/2 tspcumin

    Prepare ingredients.

    Rinse the chickpeas and pat them dry thoroughly. Add all the spices and toss to coat evenly.

    Bake the chickpeas on a pan or in the oven – both methods work well. If baking in the oven, check halfway through and shake the baking sheet to prevent them from burning.

    Bake until the chickpeas are crispy on the outside and slightly chewy on the inside. Take care to prevent burning. Enjoy as a snack or as a topping for creamy soup. 😋
