Today I have made a tasty delicious shahi Rani Palak recipe. Rani Palak make blanched palak that's made into a thick paste and tempered with garlic and some spices and grated paneer. It tastes wonderful with Naan, Puri, Tandoori Roti. It's very easy recipe.

Today I have made a tasty delicious shahi Rani Palak recipe. Rani Palak make blanched palak that's made into a thick paste and tempered with garlic and some spices and grated paneer. It tastes wonderful with Naan, Puri, Tandoori Roti. It's very easy recipe.
Steps

First wash nicely palak and chopped them. Boil little water and blanch the chopped palak and blend it into a smooth puree.

Heat oil and butter in a kadai, add cardamom, clove, carrom seeds, cumin seeds let them splutter then add chopped green chilies, garlic, grated ginger, saute some times then add chopped onion and fry them.

Now add palak puree, salt, mix it and cook on low heat. After sometime add chopped tomatoes and cook. Now add milk, mix it and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mix it, then add grated paneer, mix them lightly and cook for 2 minutes.

Lastly add kichen king powder, kasuri methi and butter, finally mix it and cook 2-3 minutes. Rani Palak is ready.

Shahi Rani Palak is ready to serve.

Tips
Alak should be fresh.
Cooking must be on low heat.
